   This is the least expensive new one I have found. Shelter Institute or Timberwolf Tools my have a bulletin board. Used ones are pretty rare.

   A guy on JLC... goes by SBE Builders... may have bought one recently for a project. Dunno if he wants to keep it after, or not.
