Post mounts for malibu LV lights
Any one got any ideas how I can get a matching post mount for the Malibu CS110p low voltage fixtures?
The landscape lights we got in this application:

need to have matching ones on the 3 pillars you see with the conduits sticking out.
I don’t seem to find any…

Could you post a specific model and/or picture of the light in question.I looked at the link about after not seing a close of a specific light gave up.And does it have Malibu or are you using that as a generic name for LV landscape lights?And what kind of post do you want to mount this on?Many of the better fixtures that I have seen use 3/4" IPS connections..

An google of that will show you the picture up close.
Instead of a spike base, I need a post mount. In that pewter finish.
I see I misled you about the pic's. I didn't include a clear one showing either the pillers or lamps. But that google of the model # will work wonders.

http://www.usalight.com/landscape_lighting_surface_mounting_bracket_ldbasewds_c_217_p_1_pr_693.htmlBut it indicates that that they Malibu uses a 3/8" NPT rather than 1/2.But you can check that.With 3/8's check in the plumbing supply or the electric parts at a hardware store.You would probably have to paint whatever you find.Some source indicated that the Malibu's are made from aluminim so that it would not be that hard to cut and thread.If nothing else I can see a couple of options. I would think that a machine shop could make something for a reasonable cost out of AL or brass.And look in the plumbing section for a 3/8 to 1/2 bushing.Another option would be to use one of the above adaptors and fill the space with a filled expoxy (one of the metal weld products).Of if this is a woodend post then make a woodend cap and drill it for the stem on the light and epoxy it in place..
