Does anyone here have any experience with the Toto Ultramax with the new sanigloss finish? (I think that is what it is called.)
I’m having a hard time making up my mind between an Ultimate and an Utramax Toto toilet for a guest bath in our house. We want to replace an old Am. Standard that died. (Our plumber came with a Kohler handicap that looks like it belongs in a Chevron service station.) I suspect the Ultimate would be fine, but that new finish intrigues me.

Had friends install a Toto. They're tickled. Worked fine when I tried it. I was unaware that toilets died. They had water problems and wanted greater efficiency.

So this toilet that tickles your clients; was there an upcharge for that feature?
LOL You didn't notice the appendage? Comes with. HO installed.PAHS Designer/Builder- Bury it!
Thanks for your comments. Our new TOTO is now residing in our guest bathroom. We chose the Ultramax but couldn't get one with the new Sanigloss finish, (which sounds great). Some blankety blank hotel bought up thousands and there was not one left for us. ; (The Toto toilet is getting veeeeery popular because it functions well for a low flush. No double flush. I now know more about toilets than I ever wanted to. Still I'd rather you ask me about food/cooking over at Cooks Talk. ; )One of the advantages of being disorderly is that one is constantly making exciting discoveries. A.A. Milne
I don't know the particular model you mention, but we have had good luck with all the Toto line of crappers. no complaints about style or flushability with low-flow standards
