Change comes slow….I know it’s against my better judgement, being able to lay our own foundations for the last 17 years….but now I have a customer that insists on a poured foundation. Some of you guys in the NE(or outside Stark Co. OH) what are you paying for your foundations. What do they include, if say I get it dug…then let them take it from there? I’m trying to find someone that could actually do the work, and there is one local(okay, national big crap homebuilder) that pours all of the foundations around here, but I have no idea who they use, and from the looks, I wouldn’t want them anyhoo.
I knew the day was coming, just not ready to face it…..my mixer still works, got all the scaffolding, my trowel ain’t ready to retire. Keith

My last one was last winter. The cost is really going to depend on the area and also the design of the foundation. If you have angles, or want 9 ft wall vs the standard 8 ft, then you get add on's. I live outside Boston and everything is very expensive. An above average 3000 sq ft new colonial will sell for $900k plus, so sub costs across the board are going to be high in this area of the country. My last was as follows.
Footings 325 feet @ $3 per ft
Form work 305 feet @ $16 per ft
Angles 6 @ $60 each
Windows supplied 4 @ $12.50 each
