“Prefinished” & “Recycled” Oak Flooring?

Is there a vendor/supplier that offers BOTH prefinished and recycled oak flooring?

The client has asthma and does not want VOCs from a new oak floor nor sanding dust and varnish smells/VOCs from refinishing in place a traditional recycled oak floor.
