anyone know what would be a good way to hide the end grain on these nosings?? Also if someone could embed these picture that would be great..i don’t know. Thanks for taking the time to look.

From the reflection I'm guessing there is glass on the open side?
As the first person said cutting longer & miter return.
And if they are already cut, raise the knee wall to terminate at a skirtboard... but you probably already thought of that and were hoping for something cheaper.
Router the top and bottom slightly.
You're going to need some stain and varnish or a touch up guy.
