We are a small AC with about 15 employees, mainly carpenters. We are interested in some sort of formal review process. Does anyone have some suggestions? We were also thinking about letting the employees help in this review process. We are thinking about a ten line questionnaire. Each question would have a rating on a scale of 1-5. There would be no write ins and this would be done anonymously. This in conjunction with my(office work) and my partners(field guy) would give us a complete picture of an employee. You know the old saying you never know what their up to when your not around.
