I'm in NY (Westchester) but do cross over into Fairfield County CT. The residential non-union wage range I typically see for what I think you are describing runs a ridiculously low $20 per hour with no benefits to $37-$38 per hour with benefits. That may be too wide a range to help you figure out anything but that's what's out there.
