   What, specifically, do you want to know? As a tile tile contractor, I deal in unit pricing to aid me in bidding. I sometimes supply this information to the owner, otherwise it will easily format into lump sum or cost plus estimates.

   Unit pricing is arrived at by, mostly, anecdotal means. In other words, the longer in the trade, the more accurate the bid.
