Has anyone had any difficulties with Heavy Duty Tools lately? I ordered a set of Milwaukee cordless tools and got the wrong set. Mark sent me an e-mail saying they would take care of it. I’ve e-mailed him four more times, but haven’t heard a word from him yet.

I didn't want to say it out loud, but I know he went to the doctor recently, so I was worried something had happened, and I thought maybe someone who is near him would know. I didn't want to harass him unnecessarily, but it is to the point that I'm going to call.
Hello Bryan - thank you for taking the time to call. I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. It has been hectic here lately. It is unreal how many doctors visits I have made in the last 6 months , and what is worse is how much it costs :) Your tracking # has been emailed to you , the kit is coming 2nd day air via Fedex Express.
Thanks - I got the kit today. Hope you feel better soon. I do the doctor thing on a regular basis. Compare to my Rx bill (20K two year ago) the doctor bill isn't so bad.
Yep - it sucks. My doctor bills were near that from August to December 2007. I have a job offer from one of the major tool manufacturers so that I may have decent insurance one day.
BTW, I still don't have the return form. If you can e-mail it, we have pickup every day, so all I would need to do is tape it on.
