Curious if anyone has any pearls of wisdom on how to deal with this situation.
I’ve got duelling inspectors. One guy worked this project for a while and was replaced after a while. The second guy came along and raised some issues at final on several houses. He signed off after being educated a bit as to our approach.
We call for inspection on several more houses, and the first guy shows up again. He fails all the inspections based upon objections he raised early on. Note that he agreed to our approach and the second guy put his stamp of approval on it, but suddenly the same appraoch doesn’t pass muster.
I have a suspicion that I’ll have to go over the heads of both of these guys to the head inspector for a ruling. Obviously I don’t want to burn any bridges, particularly with the second guy who turned out to be very easy to work with once he was on board with our plan.
Any thoughts???

Source control, ventilation, and filtration are the keys to healthy indoor air quality. Dehumidification is important too.
