I don’t know where else to post this- I’m not seeing anything like ‘subscriber services’ or ‘member services’ any where on the website, so I’m hoping someone will see this and be able to help.
I’ve been a paying member for quite a while now, and I find that every time I use the ‘library’ I end up giving up in frustration- it’s pretty much unusable.
In this case, I’d like to use the code check book, and it simply doesn’t show up in my browser correctly, so it’s unreadable- zoomed in so far that only about 3 gigantic words appear. Yes, I’ll try another browser, but I shouldn’t have to- the web people should know how to make this work correctly.
And yes, I know how to operate a computer and a web browser- I’ve spent many hours at a computer for the past 30 years, so if I can’t figure it out, I’d bet that very many other people are having the same problem.
Also, the search engine is essentially worthless- getting 9,000 hits for _every_ search doesn’t help in the least. When I get 9,000 hits, you’re basically telling me to read the entire website. Again, decent web developers should know how to do this.
Sorry for the complaints, but the benefit of this paid service is starting to be ‘iffy’ for me.

I’ll send a message to someone who might help.
Hi GJPehl,
I'm sure that must be frustrating. I'll ask our web developers to look into the issue and I'll let you know what the plan is to resolve it. One of my biggest priorities right now is to improve the experience on the website to make it both more practical and enjoyable for everyone—especially for our members.
