New Yrs Eve I gave up cigarrettes and got a lot of encourgement from all here, and yes I am still not smoking.
Took the family to a beautifull spot on Lake Michigan yesterday comlete with a sand dune climb, Dad was able to climb with the kids without spitting my lungs out. I could barely make it halfway last year. Even after eight months and how much better I feel, I still could smoke the hell out of one with ease, what an addiction! Now to lose the 30 extra pounds.
