I just started using this software and am finding the user manual is not the greatest,even though I’ve been a heavy computer user since 1984.
One thing I have been frustrated with is changing the door swing direction. It will let you reverse the hinge position from one jamb to the other and specify the degree of swing but it is also supposed to have a “flip door” feature (page 71 of the user manual) that is supposed to let you “change the direction of the door” but I can’t find it.
I’ve sent an e-mail to the tech support address but they want $10 per call.
I don’t know if I have a bad copy of the software or what.Can any other users of this software help me out with this problem? I’d sure be grateful!
