I have to bid a big job installing PVC railings on newly built condos for the decks. I cannot find a price for them in any of my books.
Does anyone out there do this work and have a LF price they can share? Labor only. The buildings are 3 story.
I am in the Richmond,VA metro area.
Any help would be appreciated.

Plain PVC? Seems UV compromisable unless this is PVC coated steel as is used in Food Mfg plants for wiring. That stuff is 8 to 10 bucks a foot with 8 bucks at min per fitting.
If you have a bid spec type the details in a post here.
There is no way I'd use vinyl or PVC exposed to the elements as a safety rail unless there was something solid doing the retaining and the PVC was a cosmetic cover. Menards has the Cosmetic cover type of PVC or Vinyl. Theirs covers a 4x4 Wolmanized post.
Post the bid spec specifics.
They are a thick composite railing similar to the items sold at lowes. They are very strong. I am not supplying the product, just labor to install them. You fasten them to the brick/siding and make a run to a post set on a galvanized fastener and return to the other wall; forming an "L" shaped railing.
