They claim R-10 which seems a lot better than most windows.
Has anybody tried them?

Hi,
I would ask them what the NFRC label on the window reads for U value (1/R), and then compare that to other windows at http://www.EfficientWindows.org
This gives you an apples to apples way to compare it to other windows.

According to their web site, the U factor is .10 and that is quite a bit better than anything listed on the http://www.efficientwindows.org web site. However, there is more to a window than U factor. I'm looking for somebody that has actually installed them.
Hi,I guess my question was is their R10 rating the NFRC rating?
You can (for example) get a much higher R value by testing the center of the window vs testing the whole window including the edges. The NFRC has a standard method of testing that allows comparing different windows on an apples to apples basis. An NFRC rating of R10 would really be OUTSTANDING!!!Gary
I think the lack of responses is telling in its own way.
If nobody is using them, then the price to performance is out of whack or they just aren't all that great of a window.
