Quick drywall finishing techniques
I have a commercial job that will require getting in and out really quickly to meet their mostly unrealistic deadline. Any suggestions on how to finish drywall and paint quickly? I remember seeing a link a few months back to a company that made specialized tools for premix/paint mixes applied with thick nap rollers and they had squeegy type blades for smoothing it out, but can’t find the bookmark now.
thanks in advance for any advice.

Its probably the D-Mix that you are thinking of. Search that.
Other than that, Ive seen guys use dehumidifiers to help dry the mud, you can use hot plaster for undercoats they chemically dry, and you need to charge up the yiggus when unrealistic is the key, and stay and do it.
As for paint, a sprayer and a backroller guy is pretty fast.
