Any suggestions on how to quiet the noises from duct work expanding and contracting. It is in a crawlspace so access is not a problem.

Someone else asked that question a couple months ago, so doing a "search" should bring up the old postings on that subject. Suggestions were too numerous for me to give them all to you again from what I remember.
wrapping the duct with thin fbreglass insulation will reduce the sound and carry the hot/cold air better.
