I am preparing to add an awning along my side walk to my patio and the awning roof will run along the side of my shop on the south side, which has R panel sides, so I am looking for suggestions of what I can use for flashing along that side to the roof of the awning?

You’ll probably want to use sidewall or “Z” flashing where the awning meets the R-panel. Make sure it’s tucked under the vertical ribs and sealed well with butyl tape or a good quality sealant to prevent leaks.
