Can anyone help me find a post here that someone show pictures of an above floor “homemade”RFH system. Using plywood and router to create sanwich method floors and wall with tubing.

I will look for a picture to post later today but it is not done with a router, the race you need for 1/2" tubing is 3/4 X 3/4, IMHO it would take two huge arms to route this channel. I use 3/4" plywood cut in 6" wide strips. The trick is to lay it out so you can nail down you finish floor on the plywood strips, I also reccomend pressurizing the pipe while you lay the finish floor.

I'm in the process of doing this myself. Those pics certainly raise the bar on a DIY sandwich system.
