In case you haven’t been able to find smaller quantities of the Radius 360 drywall sanding disks you need, I’m starting this post so those of us with too many of one grit disk can trade their excess with others. The disks are only 9″ big, and a pair should be able to fit in a regular large size manila envelope.
EDIT: I’ve got postage information now:
2 disks in a 9×12 manila envelope = $.87
4 disks in a 9×12 manila envelope = $1.35
Here is how I propose to do it:
Post what grit size you have, and what sizes you want.
If you have that size, reply by EMAIL to set up the exchange and trade mailing addresses.
Trades should be done in quantities of pairs, unless otherwise agreed.
Trades should be done by standard mail unless otherwise agreed.
Trades should be even, no exchange of money should need to take place.
I’ll leave this post as a starting point and add my own offer below.

I have 180 grit pads, about 10 pairs at the moment.
I am looking for just about every other size so I have a variety to work with.
Reply via email if you want to trade a pair!

Paul, How much are they?
More than the pads for my Porter Cable DW sander?
Those guys are pricey but seem to last a long time.
Want to buy a PC sander instead? $350with a box of 150 pads.

The dust does build up quite a bit. Much worse when sanding overhead though. Got my face floured a couple of times when I lifted the pad off sanding the bottom of a low soffit.
The Sherwin William's in town only carries 5 packs. They cost out at a pricey $1.25 a disk not inculding tax. But not doing drywall that much a 5 pack will last a while.
http://www.all-wall.com sells 25 packs (80 to 240 grit) as cheap as $16.99 per pack but you need to order 16+ to get that price. The regular price is $19.99 which is about .68 per disk as I figure it. Free shipping if the order is over $99.00Rebuilding my home in Cypress, CA

Paul, allwall has a hook & loop pad for the PC sander and some waaaaaaaaaaaaaay cheaper paper to fit it.
Looks like the way to go if I ever have to use this thing again. Rather sell it and find a new hanger next time.
The PC pads are $35 for box of 5 pads. although there is a ton of fun in one pad. No dust though, it's all in the vacuum.

Much appreciated, but I want to keep this thread focused on the Radius 360 disks themselves.

OK, just got the updated shipping prices via USPS:
2 disks in a 9x12 manila envelope: $.87
4 disks in a 9x12 manila envelope: $1.35
I'm mailing out 4 disks today to Darrin (RUGBY25) and he will be sending me a pair of 150 and a pair of 220... so I personally won't be needing those sizes anymore.

Just an FYI if anyone is paying attention to this...
Thanks for the disks! Apparently our shipments passed eachother en route and we both got our disks the same day!
For anyone else, I still have more disks to trade. Anyone have any rougher disks to trade - lower than 150 grit?Rebuilding my home in Cypress, CA
