where are you located? i just happen to have an extra one. i would also check on ebay and do a search online.
Western Washington-Seattle
well you are on the far corner of the continent from me, so shipping is probably more than the thing costs and i looked on ebay and at the tool crib on amazon and found nothing, sorry. i would check local hardware stores, skilsaw repair, and builders supply, not depot or lowes
Call Modern Staple. They should be able to get you one, and it seems like I've even seen them at Home Depot. They could at least order you one. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000223FD/qid=1138631193/sr=1-3/ref=sr_1_3/102-5835494-9552962?%5Fencoding=UTF8&v=glance&n=228013 Amazon has one that we used to use there in the above link. I'm an Amazon Prime member so I can get free 2 day shipping ($80 a year) and it is worth doing. I buy so many books and tools.
Also, Tap Tool has them in Fife and also other hangers like this one http://pic9.picturetrail.com/VOL293/2163851/7273486/112802273.jpg for Hitachi framers. Here is the mapquest to Tap

Shouldn't be hard to find. They have them at the lumber yard and the rental yard here.
Quick google turned up...

Good luck

Perhaps Western Fastner Supply? Their store on Stone Way seems to have plenty of other useful stuff.
