my livingroom cieling recently suffered quite a bit of water damage from a broken pipe upstairs(pipe opened up and no one home). It is lath(wood lath) and plaster approx 70 years old and in pretty good shape. A few stress cracks and no dead plaster. I striped the peeling paint and it’s been about a week now. My question is at what moisture content would it be safe to start to repair and repaint, assuming I can get a good reading with the moisture meter I use for lumber. Any Ideas would help
