I used CabParts on several occasions with excellent results. I had a separate supplier from Illinois I used for RTA doors and they were great as well.

I used components plus also with good results. I really like the idea of RTA over box cabs, but I also prefer euro style over face frame.
Scherr's by a DIYer here. Not a faultless experience, but they did everything it took to make the couple of mistakes right. We ended up with essentially the quality of Wood Mode Brookhaven at about half the price.
The only warning is that they had a ~6-month backlog when we ordered, so you have to get in line early if that's what you decide on.
+1 on Scherrs. They do custom sizes, and Leon will bend over backwards to make sure you're happy. As mentioned, long current lead time, though.

Are you asking about the kind you buy at a big box store, or those that are ordered per your sizes and specs?
