i am getting rust stains on the grout between my hex bath tiles. the floor is only 2 years old and the rust spots are only located in 3 or 4 places. how do i remove them and how do i stop this from happening again?

TRy some CLR chemical cleaner but dillute it down and try it in an inconspicuous place first.
if that doesn´t do it scrape out the grout in that little area and regrout. that is if you have grout left over. Also your local tile store can probably sell you a speacial cleaner but the stuff usually costs like 20 bucks a bottle or more and i don´t know how the work.
THEm STINking metal cans of shaving cream will do it to your tile!
