   builder,

    Eastwood http://www.eastwoodco.com/index.jsp makes a kit for polishong scratches out of car windshields. It should work on any type of glass.

   Tempered glass is easy to scratch. You're better off not touching it with any type of metal scraper.

   Cerium oxide
