Renovator’s Supply claims to have a lifetime no-drip warranty on its ceramic valve faucets, but guess what? You have to send the dripping valve in first. This means the fixture is disabled until RS gets the part, decides to fix or replace it, then it gets sent back to you. All of the mainstream plumbing manufacturers either give you replacements, no questions asked, or their parts are readily available. In my case, i asked if they would do a reverse exchange, that is, they’d send me the new part, for which they’d bill me, then they’d credit me when I returned the bad part. No way. They’d gladly sell me a new valve and then repair or replace the bad one, meaning I’d have two on hand. You’ve been warned.
