Our fiberglass spa has a decorative line of ceramic tile running around the outside wall at the top, laid in and grouted by what appears to be silicone grout. It’s come loose from the fiberglass along a short section (six inches or so), but the tile/grout assembly remains intact and surprisingly clean. We’d like to rebond it, rather than taking it all off or taking part off and repairing. Any suggestions?

I would say your best bet would be to clean the surface well , then reinstall with silicone to match.
