I would like to replace a small shower with a larger one but can’t move the drain (in concrete). Are there adaptors out there to span the gap between the existing floor drain and the new shower drain without raising the shower too much? Any other suggestions?

Are you trying to replace with an premade one piece fiberglass unit
Ok so its a slab, big deal, and it will be under the shower right. Jack hammer time, bust it out, put it where yo need it, mix up a bag of concrete mix, your done, doesnt have to be pretty , its under the shower. Just has to work correctly. If you dont feel good about the drains, bust out the concrete and get a plumber in, have the shower there or the real rough in demensions for it, have him plumb away andthen you repour. Arond here most of the plumbers I know do it from start to finish, if needed, but paying them 65 an hour to run a jackhammer is expensive.
However
are you coming in with a multi-piece retrofit unit. Or a multi piece cultured marble unit, Make your own base pan, been tons of artilcles on that, and a lot of pros that can help with that just look under "shower pans". Who cares if the drain is dead center, as long as the pan slopes to the drain. water goes down hill
in both of those examples there is more to it then that,
kind of like those directions you see on boxes. Three easy steps, need hammer and tape measure. 1) remove old door 2) unpack new door 3) install new door
otherwise I dont have an answer for spacers or adapters you are asking about.
