Am looking for advise from anyone regarding the replacement of my 13 year old cedar siding with a high qaulity vinyl siding. i live in a PUD wher the bylaws state that the homeowner association has to give permossion to change most anything on a home. We have three phases of which we live in the second phase. The third phase directly behing us was all constructed of vinyl siding, home values in tthe $275k-$300k. 10 years of age and have no appearances of aging as our pohase with cedar siding shows splitting and fadind and generall overall less curb appeal. Has anyone here ever challanged and won, or lost, a challange to these homeowners associations? Thank you.
