I got a call yesterday to replace an entry door in a double wide trailer. I’m pretty sure the door is smaller than standard doors though I haven’t stopped by to measure yet.
Anyone have any experience in this area? If so, any suggestions on type of door to use, or tips on replacement?
TIA

My mobile-home experience is only current to the mid 1980's, so take it for what it's worth. Often on low-end doublewides with 7' ceilings, a 34"x76" door was used. Some had nailing fins with screws, while others used shims & screws through the jambs. In any case, the front door was installed after the siding, so no real finish tear-out should be involved.
Oh, and if this house has particle-board floors, there's almost always some moisture damage at the door. You might want to have a bit of 3/4" plywood and some 2x blocking on hand. Minor damage can be quickly "fixed" with a grinder & some Bondo.
