Here in the country, Fallbrook, California, I have been talking to the cement contractors about the landscaping for my new home that will be completed this February. When I have brought up their footage price for standard flat work, they come back with the question,” Do you want rebar?”.
I always thought that that was standard. But they claim that with decomposed granite soil, with good expansion joints, I don’t need it. What do you say? GW
