The house dates from the 1930’s, has a plaster interior and stuccoed
exterior. There is no insulation in the walls. I’d like to felt the exterior, install 2x strips @ 16″ OC for nailers and add rigid insulation between the nailers. I’ll use Hardi lap siding to finish the process. Has anyone done this? Am I creating a potential problem with condensation? Any ideas are appreciated.
