I’m adding a new master bath and putting a new floor in an adjoining bath. The existing bath has vinyl flooring. I am interested in using some sort of resilient flooring that will be easier on the feet than ceramic tile (less hard, less cold) but I’m not sure what the best options are for a wet area like a bath.
I’d prefer natural materials like linoleum or cork or rubber but I’m worried about water damaging the materials or getting under them if I go with tiles rather than a full sheet.
Any and all suggestions appreciated!

Check out http://www.amcork.com. The say that the tiles have to be sealed with polyurethane.
you could do a heated tile floor. it costs more but does make it nicer on the feet.
Google "ecosurfaces". It's recycled tire rubber, I installed in my master bath about 10 years ago. Just refinished last week and it still looks like new. It's rubber so it's cushy and non-slip. And it's acceptable for bathroom (wet) use. And its cheap. And it looks great.
Congoleum makes a rubber tile that very much looks like real tile, except without the cold. I have used it in many basement bathrooms with very good results.
