Retaining wall on survey

Can someone please tell me regarding the retaining wall, how high according to this should the wall be from the ground.  Also, do you see anywhere on here where they are saying to add 32+ inches of dirt to raise the entire lot?  Thank you

    That's a survey not a construction drawing. The information you are asking for is not normally included on a plan view or a survey.
