help-I have a 100 year old victorian which had an internal gutter system which afforded a fascia trim detail that is raked 45′ rather than plumb. Well, I would like to bring the fascia plumb and install conventional gutters as well as wrapping it around the gable end to create a cornice return and have a termination point for the end of the gutter. Any help? Ideas? I would be very greatful of any input.

I bet you could find a text on victorian architectural details, that would give you a sectional view of your fascia. That might give you a starting point for determining how you'll demo to rebuild to a drawing you make, that is an alteration of the original. The detail of what you had, and what you do would look good together in a picture frame, provided you are up to the task of rendering a drawing that is as pretty as you'll probably find. Good luck!
