The township tells me R20 on the band and R13 on the wall in the basement. Finished basement is on hold for now, however for the time being I want to get some insulation down there. The problem is having it exposed until finishing the basement. I was told it must be foil faced if leaving exposed. I have searched local and online for a foil faced R20. Not an easy find or am I missing something. Anyone have any ideas, manufacturers or specs?

Ask the township if they can suggest a source or perhaps reference you to house with compliant insulation.
Good idea. I did find DOW thermax today. Going to reach out tomorrow to DOW and ask for spec sheet. I'm still working at it. Some of the easiest projects turn out to be time consuming..
