Always just used 3/4" plywood rippers.

Truss rims
Just run your sheathing board all the way down to the mud sill. Ties the trusses to the mud sill, sole plates and walls. I did that with the 24" deep floor trusses on my home, Spary foam the rim when you get to the insulation point,
When we do floor trusses, we generally build a "ladder truss" for the ends parallel to the regular floor trusses. They're sort of like a gable end for floor trusses - We stud them 16" O.C.
On the ends of the floor trusses, we usually put a notch in so you can run a 2x ribbon board across them.
If you don't like the "ladder trusses" on the ends, you might be able to use rim board in a height that matches the trusses. We can get it up to 16" deep. What's available in your area might be different.
