for most metal roofs the minimum pitch is 2/12 but there are metal products that can go down to 1/4"/12" with special preparation and installation
The part that is impossible to answer definitively though is re snow sliding.
Variables include kind of snow, fastening system used, surface of metal ( ie corten, galvie, teflon, paint, etc) and pattern of the roof.
The temp of the metal makes a diff too. That is affected by the climate and the insulation package under it.
I have seen a 2/12 empty it's own snow and I have seen a 12/12 hang onto snow for a week.

I was planning on galvalume roofing on an uninsulated shed. I live in VT. The fasteners would be in the roofing's valleys.
I'm in Maine. My unheated shop has galv ribbed roofing with exoposed fasteneers on a 12/12 pitch and it still has half the snow that fell three days ago. When it warms it will slide slowly.I'd aim for 8/12 anyways on yours

Who makes tin roofing for 2/12? Please send links if you have them. I have always tried to stay at 6/12 or better for metal roofing.

Englert is the brand I use. Their standing seam roofing is rated to work at a minimum 3:12 pitch. They also have a mechnically joined standing seam construction rated to 1/2":12.
Here is a link with several maunfacturers: http://www.metalroofing.com/v2/content/manufacturer/
There are galvalume pans made with standing seam no exposed fasteners with seams up to 4" high for low pitches.most others OK with I&W shield under at that pitch.
