I have a nice amount of roof are (12,12 pitch, south facing) on an large addition I am adding to my house. We have installed in slab heating, and I would like to heat some of this water with solar, some time in the future. At this point I just want to rough plumb for this and am not sure what this would look like? Do the two lines (1/2″copper?) go through to roof deck? If so how is this flashed?
Any advice would be great.
Thanks
Alan
