Our deck that we are building calls for round railings. Other than using metal railings, does anyone have any ideas as to how to go about doing this? Our builder is at a lose as to what to do. Thanks.

Not sure what you're asking. Do you mean "round" as in that's the profile of the railing? If so, and you're looking for wood, any woodworking shop worth it's salt will be able to run some wooden round in pretty much any radius. (There are code issues governing sizes, though.) I'd use something like white oak.
If you mean "round" as in a railing that curves, you can laminate wood on-site with waterproof glue to get a curve if it's too tight a radius to simply bend. How hard that will be depends on the radius and the profile of the railing.
