Concrete supply should have them.
Steel stakes with a dull point on one end, holes through on the shaft so you can use nails/screws to mount form boards.
A great place for Information, Comraderie, and a sucker punch.

Also called a "Construction Stake."
Orange big box has them but the concrete supply will have a break for qty.
We always called them "holy pins", due to the series of holes for duplex nails to attach forms.

forming stakes are as the others have described.
I have the same batter boards - love em....I don't use the stakes, I use 3/4" rebar. some ground is soft and it's great to be able to cut rebar ro the lengh you want to pound in.
