Rubber roof decking material

Does anyone know of a rubber decking material that measures 24″x24’x2 1/4″. It is similar to a walk pad only thicker. It is made entirely of “crumb rubber” that I believe is from recycled tires. I have seen a sample of this product years ago, but do not recall who made it. Sound familiar to anyone? Thank you, Fitz
