OK… I strongly suspect I know the answer but here we go.
Have a friend with a leaking shower pan. Appears to be some kind of composite, almost terrazzo looking, with a hairline crack. Not a standard size, so a fiberglass/acrylic pan will be a bit of a project and I’m bracing them for the cost of a mud bed. They’re planning to retire and move within the next five years so they asked me if there was a way to salvage this. I told them I didn’t think so, but if anyone knows I figger they’re here. Epoxy coating? Anyway… I know it’s a longgggggggggg shot but, there you have it.

Very very similar David... I guess it is in fact terrazzo. Not quite the same dimensions as those but certainly the right idea. I sent an inquiry to the folks in my previous post, I may just give their stuff a try if it's cost effective. Let you know what happens.

I've gotta think there are ways to repair terrazzo... but you'd probably have to call Florestone and pretend it was one of their pans. FWIW, they will make one to your size. The product is affordable, it's the shipping that might kill the deal.
I'm very curious to see what this repair product is all about, I can see a lot of applications beyond this one job.
