Good Day
I have a 20 by 10 foot shed with rotting sills and wet floors. I want to get it out of the muck. Is it less work to build a foundation to rest the building on, or dig deck piers and carry the shed on beams? Any suggestions for raising the building and moving it also welcome. (The pictures show two trees pressing on one side)

Did you ever find that block and tackle?
Amazon and Garett Wade have them but the selection doesn't seem to be too good.
thanks Tom. I really like the idea of the block and tackle, and will certainly buy or borrow one when the time comes next spring. Right now I am just using the cold months to plan my spring offensive.
