Seal Fountain cracks

Can anyone suggest a good product to paint or spray into the bowl of a cement fountain that has developed hairline cracks and doesn’t hold its water for very long? The fountain is painted a dark green so whatever coating is used it would have to be able to be painted to match the rest. Thanks.
