I have a 50 year old concrete floor in a room which tends to be damp and musty, because the concrete is transferring the water vapors up from the ground. No mold problems to speak of.
Have ripped up carpeting, and two layers of floor tiles and have been looking into how best to seal concrete prior to installing new floor.
Finish floor options are ceramic tile or wood over a hot water radiant floor heating system.
Any recommendations on how best to clean and seal?
