My son has a house built in the 1950’s in an area where there are sewer backups (no overhead sewer). In the outgoing sewer line is a combo valve and anti-back-up flap. The supplier seems to be “Smith”. The thing has seen its day and leaks at the valve stem and at one of the head mounting bolts. Any idea as to where replacement parts may be found? Comments on replacing it without a major concrete floor breakup?
Thanks

*The "Smith" is probably Jay R. Smith - PO Box 3237, Montgomery, AL 36109-0237. Tel 334-277-8520. Could be a Figure 7150 Series In-Line Manual Shut-Off Backwater Valve. Check out the Jay R. Smith catalog at this website:http://www.jrsmith.com/products/prodcat.htmGood luck!Sami
