Shop Floor Using Green Treated Stringers
Help! I’ve completed a workshop and am about to install a wooden floor using 2×6 green treated stringers and screwed down 3/4 untreated plywood over a concrete floor with 2 inch foam under it. All of the green treated around here is sold very wet. Will I have trouble with warped stringers as they slowly dry or should I use untreated but dry 2×6’s instead? I’ll appreciate all of your opinions.

Don, I would say that the 3/4" ply would keep the joists fairly straight. 3/4" Advantech, or 1 1/8" T+G ply, would be even better. Blocking between the joists might help if you're really worried, but you might get squeaks later on.
Screws and PL400 should help with the squeaks.
If the wood is that wet careful with the contact of yourself and the chemicals.
Who ever invented work didn't know how to fish....
You'll be fine, you may want to put subfloor adhesive on the joists unless you would have a reason to unscrew the sheets for access.

Do you mean sleepers, i.e., the 2x6s are laying flat on the slab? If so, why not save money and use 2x4s?
Either way, if your 2xs are laying on the slab, as nailers for your ply, shoot 'em to the slab with Hilti pins and don't worry about movement. Get that shop floor down and start making stuff!
Use green lumber in contact with concrete. Don't let it dry out first as you will increase your waste to about 20%. Sometimes that stuff will twist up pretty bad, but if you get it attached in place before it dries, the warpage, etc will be kept to a minimum.
