   There may well be an off-the-shelf item like this, but I don't know it off hand. I once had one fabricated from solid-surface material. I came out pretty nice.

   Thanks for responding,

         We are looking for a 34x48 White or ivory with a non-skid texture.  The project is located in the Dayton Ohio area.   My plumber has checked with the two supply houses that he usually uses, and they do not have this type of product.  Thanks for any help that you might offer.  I will be willing to pay frieght if that is the only solution.

   What you want is way simple and usally in stock.

   These are commercial rated bases and they soild are strong.

   Designer colors are available....

   I've used Florestone pans and showers several times. If they don't already make it they'll make anything for you.

   To Mattohio1

   Check out this web site  aecinfo.com. They Have the four sided shower base you mentioned in a terrazo base. I think if you research their pages you may find what you are looking for.
